Inside each programme, you will find a Sanctuary
your go-to place to remember you are “enough” and deserving of kindness.
Learn how to give yourself a place to just “be” and look after yourself through mindful attention, nutrition and movement.
To stop always “doing”. To stop taking on more when you really need to create more space.
Let me be your online mentor to support you in living a calmer life. To teach you how to not only let go of expectations that can keep you driving yourself towards burnout, through self-compassion and self-care.
To take care of yourself as you might look after others…..
I love Charlotte Watts – I’ve done several courses with her and it’s changed my life. I’ve stopped seeing food as the enemy and my body as Judas. This is such a great example of what a shift in mindset can yield. Love her and her supportive inspirations!
I have already recommended Charlotte’s work to a number of people. I like her emphasis on mindfulness and finding your own way. Acknowledging that there is no “one size fits all” and that we can learn to tune into ourselves and make healthy decisions once we do.
Invest in yourself. You deserve to live a Calm life.
Not only will it benefit YOU but everyone around you, creating positive ripples out into the world and allowing you to get full enjoyment from life.
Charlotte’s principles are based in reality, rather than a world we WANT to live in. Some “self-help” books and gurus imagine that you live alone with no home or work commitments and can make you feel guilty if you don’t follow their program to the letter PERFECTLY. Charlotte’s is rooted in ‘real life’ and she knows the things that can get in the way, and even more importantly the ways to overcome them and forgive yourself.
I often send my clients to see Charlotte as she offers very unique perspective on nutrition and health generally which fits well for clients that have issues relating to stress, burnout, pain and anxiety.
She has clearly got a wealth of knowledge and found what works best from her many years of experience. I totally trust that my clients are in the best hands when they see her not just for advice but also for a deeper sense of support and understanding of their problem.
There has been a number of my clients that her work has made a complete turning point in their health that would not have happened without her input. She is professional, very down to earth and it is a joy to work with her in my programs with clients. All my clients love her!

Isn’t it time you started living your life in
a less stressed and more relaxed way?
Having Calm Club in my life has been like a rope tied up to a post on the shore that’s stopped me from drifting too far out on the stormy seas of anxiety and stress and negative thinking and has drawn me back time and time again to self-care.
Charlotte’s prompts, advice and resources keep bringing me back to an awareness of how I am feeling on every level. They keep me from drifting off into that neglect of self which would be so easy to fall into when there are so many other demands on my time, energy and compassion.
I just want to say that what you are doing is so important and inspirational to so many people: to people who have been floundering for whatever reason you have shown then a lifeline and a way of taking responsibility for themselves. Thank you so much Charlotte.
I am an award-winning Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years’ experience and a Senior Yoga Alliance 500 hour Yoga Teacher, teaching since 2007. I have written 5 books, my latest The De-Stress Effect is a practical manual to help you find what best suits your health to find best mood, energy, digestion, immunity, sleep and wellbeing. I give a copy of this with all consultations in my nutritional practice, to guide clients through as we investigate and explore their individual needs.
My consultation approach melds where mindfulness meets nutrition. I am passionate about helping people through stressful phases in their lives; when long-term stress, heavy emotional demands or a recent event show as exhaustion, feeling constantly wired or stress symptoms as body functions don’t quite feel in balance.
My yoga teaching reflects this too, with an emphasis on embodies awareness and slowing down to truly feel, to listen and respond to what we need, rather than punishing our bodies into an ideal.
I help people that I understand – those with busy lives and quick brains who often find it difficult to switch off. Modern life and our ‘fixing and doing’ drive can be rewarding and motivate us to succeed but often leave us showing symptoms of poor health and with little energy, space and time for recovery. Rigorous scientific knowledge alongside an intuitive and realistic approach allows me to advise the best dietary and lifestyle changes to address your issues.
